Ryan Parker | President & COO
Ryan Parker is President & COO at Phononic. Ryan is an experienced cloud and data center executive and has managed all business aspects including P&L, sales, marketing, GTM, partnerships, and product management and development (hardware, software). As President and COO, Ryan will lead Phononic’s expansion into the data center cooling market, scale operations to meet increasing market demand, drive cross-functional alignment from product development to delivery and help shape and execute the long-term strategic roadmap.
Chris Bates
Chris Bates | CFO
Chris Bates is Phononic’s CFO. Chris is an operator-minded finance leader with experience scaling high-growth hardware technology businesses across semiconductors and AI-enabled platforms. His background spans both senior finance leadership and operating roles, including leading a global product line and managing teams while living overseas, giving him a pragmatic perspective on aligning product execution, manufacturing scale, and supply-chain performance with financial outcomes.
At Phononic, Chris collaborates closely with leadership and the Board to enable profitable growth, seamless scalability and a fearless pursuit of unleashing the full potential of AI.
Matt Langman
Matt Langman | SVP and GM, Infrastructure Solutions
As Phononic’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure Solutions, Matt leads the company’s flagship initiatives focused on cooling critical data center hotspots—from optical transceivers to GPUs and AI accelerators. He and his team oversee product management, business strategy, marketing, and ecosystem partnerships to ensure successful deployment of these solutions in AI data centers worldwide.

Waraporn “JJ” Sarika is a seasoned global operations executive with experience leading teams in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality across the electronics, FMCG, and services sectors. She has managed end-to-end operations across the APAC region, consistently delivering scalable, high-performance results in complex, fast-growing environments.
As an executive leader, JJ has built and led large cross-functional teams overseeing production, operations control, engineering, NPI, and quality management. She is recognized for transforming operational frameworks, optimizing manufacturing performance, and strengthening business continuity through data-driven decisions and disciplined execution.
