Tony Atti
Tony Atti | Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Atti has led the development and growth of Phononic since its inception in 2008.
As the global leader in solid state cooling technology, Phononic is driving the world to a more sustainable way to cool. Its transformational technology reduces greenhouse gas (GhG) emissions and supports climate goals, while meeting the demanding performance needs of the market. The company’s thermoelectric devices and integrated products are mission critical to how people work and communicate; automobiles ‘see’; the protection and effective delivery of life-saving vaccines and drugs; last mile solutions supporting e-commerce; and innovative methods to cool living and work spaces.
Phononic has received coverage in major publications including The Economist, Fast Company and Forbes, and Dr. Atti has been featured as a guest on national broadcast outlets, including CNBC. Atti earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Loker Hydrocarbon Research Institute at the University of Southern California. He also holds an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Ithaca College.
Ryan Parker
Ryan Parker is President & COO at Phononic. Ryan is an experienced cloud and datacenter executive and has managed all business aspects including P&L, sales, marketing, GTM, partnerships, and product management and development (hardware, software). As President and COO, Ryan will lead Phononic’s expansion into the datacenter cooling market, scale operations to meet increasing market demand, drive cross-functional alignment from product development to delivery and help shape and execute the long-term strategic roadmap.
Matt Langman
Matt Langman is a senior technology executive with deep expertise in AI, data centers, and cloud infrastructure. He has led multi-billion-dollar businesses and delivered multiple generations of high-performance computing products, including Intel Xeon processors for hyperscalars, enterprises, and High Performance Computing Systems. Matt specializes in ecosystem development, go-to-market execution, and product strategy, driving innovation in AI hardware and software solutions. With a proven track record of forging strategic partnerships, accelerating adoption of advanced technologies and leading high-performance organizations, he is recognized for shaping industry trends and inspiring teams.
Waraporn “JJ” Sarika
Waraporn “JJ” Sarika is a seasoned global operations executive with experience leading teams in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality across the electronics, FMCG, and services sectors. She has managed end-to-end operations across the APAC region, consistently delivering scalable, high-performance results in complex, fast-growing environments.
As an executive leader, JJ has built and led large cross-functional teams overseeing production, operations control, engineering, NPI, and quality management. She is recognized for transforming operational frameworks, optimizing manufacturing performance, and strengthening business continuity through data-driven decisions and disciplined execution.
